Many hosting plans run a server, a database and plugins to build every page again for every visitor, and often charges a teaser price the first year and full price after. Most business websites don’t need that once their pages are published. Reborn Online hosts the finished pages, which takes far less technology. That’s why the price can be lower, and the difference goes to you. ### Will my website still look and work the same? We keep your design, content and supported features. Features that depend on your current server may work differently or not be supported, you see them in the check and the preview before you decide. Nothing disappears silently. ### Will switching affect my business e-mail? The switch doesn’t require any change to your e-mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). If your e-mail is part of your current hosting package, make sure it stays active before you cancel that package. ### Will I keep my domain and my Google visibility? Your domain stays under your control. Supported page addresses, titles and descriptions come along, and we check the copied pages before you switch. Rankings can always move after a change of hosting, so no one can promise an unchanged position, but we remove the usual risks. ### Will visitors still see my current website while I review? Yes. Your current website stays online and unchanged until you change the website records at your domain company yourself. ### What changes in a copied contact form? Supported contact forms are handled by us instead of your old server, and the messages are forwarded to your e-mail. The preview shows each form and how its messages will reach you before you approve. ### What will my first bill be? Is there an introductory rate? The check and the preview are free. Your first bill is one month, excl. tax, when you start your plan after approving the preview: $10, or the switch offer if your current host is one we recognise (the first 12 months at least 10% below its regular price, then $9 a month). You see the exact amount before you pay. ### When should I cancel my current hosting? Keep it while you review your preview and make the switch. Once the new site is live and working, you can cancel the old hosting plan, first make sure that doesn’t also cancel your domain, your e-mail or anything else you need. ### Can I change things on my website after the move? Yes. You get your own admin panel where you can easily edit the details on your website, no code, and no need to ask us. ### What happens if I want to leave? The plan runs month to month and can be cancelled at any time; it ends at the end of the period. Your domain stays at your own domain company the whole time, so you can point it to any other host whenever you want. ### What if some of my pages can’t be copied? We follow your website’s access rules (robots.txt) by default. Once you show the website is yours, a code to your e-mail on the domain takes a minute, you can choose to lift the block for the copy. The check shows which pages are affected. ### Do I need technical experience? No. You don’t rebuild your website or write code. We prepare your website and guide you through the changes needed to switch. You stay in control of your domain account and approve the move yourself. ### Can I move my online shop? Not automatically yet: a cart and checkout need a server. If your website mainly shows products and links to an external ordering service, the check shows what fits, and you can ask us to tell you when checkouts are supported. ### Who provides the service?
