In short
- You may only move a website you own or have permission to move.
- The preview is private: search engines don’t see it and its forms send nothing.
- We change only the web address settings for the website, and only when you do it yourself. Your domain and e-mail stay with your providers.
- $10 a month excl. tax, billed monthly from the day you start. Cancel any time; the plan ends at the end of the period.
- A preview you have not approved is removed no earlier than 72 hours after it is ready. The exact date is shown on your preview page. Once you approve it or start checkout, it is not removed.

The service
Reborn Online moves an existing website to hosting with us: we copy the supported public pages, show the result and the differences, and publish the copy under the customer’s domain once the customer has approved it. The service is provided by The Knowledge Formula - FZCO (DSO-FZCO-36765) under the NOVAI Pulse brand.
Right to copy
You may only move a website you own or have the right to move, and you confirm this when you start. Until the site is live on your domain, the copy is a private preview: it is not shown to search engines and its forms send nothing. It can only go live when the domain’s DNS records are pointed to us, which only the domain’s owner can do. We follow the website’s robots.txt; to lift it for the copy you first show the website is yours (a DNS record, a file, a meta tag or a code to an address on the domain). The content remains yours.
What doesn’t come along
Before publishing we show every feature that can’t be copied or works differently. You approve them explicitly. What you approved is not part of the service.
Price and payment
$10 a month excl. tax (USD 10, EUR 9 or SEK 100, depending on your billing currency). Billing starts when you have completed the steps and started your plan; the site goes live as soon as you have updated the domain’s DNS details, which we have no control over. The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time; it ends at the end of the period.
The switch offer
If your current host is one we recognise at the check and hold a checked regular price for, you get a discount code valid for 12 months: the price is at least 10% below that host’s regular monthly price, never above the price that follows and never below $2. From month 13 you pay the standard price minus 10%, $9 a month. The code is made when you start and goes with you to checkout. Prices are set per year and may change; changes are announced in advance.
Pages
The free preview covers up to 25 pages. The plan covers up to 500 supported pages.
The preview
A preview you have not approved is removed no earlier than 72 hours after it was ready, on the date shown on your preview page. Once you approve it or start checkout, it is not removed. We may remind you up to three times before then; every reminder has a link to turn them off.
Domain and e-mail
You keep your domain at your provider. We only ask you to change the web records; e-mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are not changed.
Cancelling and leaving
Cancel in your customer portal or by replying to an e-mail from us. The plan ends at the end of the period and the website is served until then. Your domain is at your own domain company, so you can point it wherever you want.

How we handle personal data is set out in the Reborn Online privacy notice. Messages from contact forms are forwarded to you and not kept longer than necessary.
